Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Though most orders are processed within 24 hours, there can be an expected processing time of 24-72 hours. Any orders that have not arrived within their expected delivery should be brought to the attention of the brand/vendor that said delivery was purchased from. If you are not able to get in contact or hear from said brand/vendor within forty-eight (48) hours, please feel free to contact us at: for further assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns will only be accepted on unopened, unused or CBD products damaged upon arrival. Once it is received and verified to be untampered with, a refund may be issued for that item on behalf of the vendor/brand. For exact estimates on when refunds and exchanges should be received please contact us either in the chat box or email us at  Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
